10km Personal Best Course

Are you Looking to run your fastest 10,000m(*)?

Train in the specific Front Runner Pace Zones for 8 weeks to reach your performance goals of WA Marathon Club John Gilmour 10,000m Track race Friday 3 November (course commences Tuesday 5 September).

Training sessions available at 4 locations around Perth mid-week (North Beach, Ardross, Lake Monger or West Perth):

  • Monday 5.30- 6.30pm Lake Monger or Tuesday 6am- 7am: Tempo Run
  • Thursday 6am- 7am or Thursday 5.30- 6.30pm (Lake Monger): Threshold Intervals

And then a combined session every Saturday at The Running Centre (West Perth)

  • Saturday 6.30am- 8am: Endurance or VO2 Max
