2018 Perth Marathon Training Course

Are you looking to run your first OR fastest Marathon at this year’s Perth Marathon? 

Front Runner Sports have developed a 14w training plan specifically to help you beat your best at the 2018 Perth Marathon. With 3 different training plans available* (sub 4h 30min, sub 4h or sub 3h 30min), we have a training solution for you!

*Runners targeting a sub 3h Marathon are encouraged to seek a personal plan with Team Front Runner – email us at admin@frontrunnersports.com.au to see how we can assist!

Train in the specific Front Runner Pace Zones for 14 weeks and have your training prescribed and delivered via Training Peaks (including pace zones personalised to your current fitness) to reach your personal goal at the 2018 Perth Marathon on Sunday June 17th. The training plan will commence on March 12th, with a free initial coaching meeting included prior to the commencing your plan.

Choose to complete the training plan self-directed OR join in with our Front Runner group sessions (2x/week) to help with consistency, education and motivation.
