Brenton Mizen

Brenton has a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, where he has taught Physical Education for the past 7 years to students ranging from Year 3-12. Brenton is a Level 2 Athletics Australia Accredited coach; has Certificate III and IV in fitness and is currently studying a Masters of Coaching at UQ.

He has been involved in athletics for over 15 years as an athlete where he competed in multiple National Championships and won the Open State 400m and 800m titles. He has coached a wide variety of athletes of all ages from schools to little athletics clubs over the last 10 years.

This wide range of experience combined with the variety of different studies is where Brenton has developed his philosophy of promoting life long Physical activity whilst encouraging young athletes to reach their potential and guide them to grow into well rounded individuals.
