We offer 4 key tiers to ensure you have appropriate support, structure and guidance no matter what your current level of experience or fitness.

  • FRESH Women’s Fitness Suits first timers! Supportive, structured and empowering. Expert coaching for first steps to better fitness or maintaining women’s health and fitness. 
  • THE J- SQUAD– Juniors 11-14 years training for improved biomechanics, speed and endurance with a proven success pathway to state, national and international championships
  • THE RUN GROUPBeginner and Recreational Runners looking to improve their technique; structure and performance with fun and friendly community and Perth’s leading and most trusted running coaching team
  • ELITE GROUPElite group featuring world champions, national and state champions, with 38 sub 3hr marathoners and 4 sub 9hr IM. Perth’s leading coaches are balanced with proven structure, best practice programme design and engaged group ethos to ensure experienced runners and triathletes leave no stone unturned to achieve their potential.

  • BEST VALUE Unlimited Run Club or Elite $99/month – (minimum 3 months)
  • BEST VALUE Unlimited FRESH or J-Squad $79/month – (minimum 3 months)
  • Casual Session $15 (Adults) OR $11 (<18y) – payable to coach
  • 10 Session Pass (Adult) $130 (valid for 6 months)
  • 20 Session Pass (Adult) $250 (valid for 6 months)
  • 10 Session Pass (<18y) $110 (valid for 6 months)
  • 20 Session Pass (<18y) $200 (valid for 6 months)
