Perth’s most qualified and friendly female coaching team have extensive experience and satisfaction in helping non runners, or those who have had an extended break, get into running and get fitter, healthier and more confident.

This course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by female coaches who understand how to start.

Best of all, it is FUN and takes place with a like-minded group, in a central location, at times that can fit around your busy lifestyle!

FRESH Running Group

  • 3 training sessions per week for 8 weeks (2 coached sessions)
  • Workbook with educational tips/ blogs and training sessions outlined
  • Monthly community newsletter providing course updates, milestones and motivation
  • Monday 6.00-7.00am, West Perth (Group Run)
    Wednesday 6.00-7.00am, West Perth (Strength/Fartlek)
    Saturday – Self directed session
  • $195.00 for 8 week training program
  • Commences Monday 3rd July 2017  

Mat Pilates Add on option

  • 1 Mat Pilates session per week
  • Delivered by Dr. Barbara Hosack (Qualified Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor)
  • Friday 6am- 6.45am, Wembley (2/ 182- 184 Harborne St)
  • Education and information on strength and condition specific to female runners.
