Perth’s most qualified and friendly running coaching team have extensive experience and satisfaction in helping non runners, or those who have had an extended break, get into running and get fitter, healthier and more confident.

This course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by female coaches who understand how to start.

Best of all, it is FUN and takes place with a like-minded group, in a central location, at times that can fit around your busy lifestyle!

FRESH Group Collage

FRESH Running Group

  • 3 training sessions per week for 8 weeks (2 coached sessions Mon & Wed 6am)
  • Weekly group email providing course updates, milestones and motivation
  • Monday 6.00-7.00am, West Perth (Threshold/Interval)
    Wednesday 6.00-7.00am, West Perth (Strength/Fartlek)
    Saturday – Self directed session
  • $195.00 for 8 week training program
  • Commences Monday 1st May 2017  

Pilates Course

  • 1 Mat Pilates session per week
  • Delivered by Dr. Barbara Hosack (Qualified Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor)
  • Friday 6am- 6.45am, Wembley (2/ 182- 184 Harborne St)
  • Education and information on strength and condition specific to female runners.
