Harry Sinclair

Current Pro Triathlete; BSc Physiotherapy; Level 1 Triathlon Coach; ASCA accredited Strength Coach

Harry has a strong passion for health, fitness and coaching, with a background in Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning and WAFL football. Harry’s coaching journey began over 10 years ago in athletics, rowing and team sports, and he now joins our team after further accreditation with Triathlon Australia and the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.

He is a current professional long course triathlete, who lives and breathes long course triathlon. Harry has competed in multiple 70.3 World Championships events both in Australia and internationally, with placings in the top 10 in his age group. His career highlights to date are winning the 2023 Malaysian 70.3 Ironman and making his professional Ironman debut at Busselton in 2023 with a time of 8.17.

Harry’s key interests in triathlon are:

  • Injury prevention and load management
  • Strength training for long course triathlon and general health
  • Equipment selection and optimisation for performance including aerodynamics, shoe choice and pacing strategies. 

With his qualifications and experience, Harry is well positioned to assist all clients with their triathlon goals. He believes in a well-rounded athlete who balances the stress of endurance training with life, family, and work/study commitments.
