All our Junior programmes teach your child our values of consistency, teamwork and goal setting.

Our focus is the individual development and progress of each child and we also highly value the role of mentoring in our programmes. As such, all our junior development training is at same time as our Elite squads to allow natural interaction, facilitate aspiration to develop within each child and also show a clear pathway to the highest levels if and when your child decides that is their motivation.

As your child develops they will start to develop a preference for certain activities however it is imperative that during this time your child continues to get exposure to a wide variety of sports and activities as specialisation too early will actually limit your child’s long term outcomes.
Junior Coaches:

SPRINTS: Zac Born (B.Sc (Hons)). Zac is an accredited Athletics Australia Coach (Level 2 Intermediate Club Coach) and an accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 1). He has completed a Bachelor of science in the fields of mechanical engineering and sports science, and is currently completing his honours degree in Sports Science (Majoring in Biomechanics) at The University of Western Australia.Zac has 12 years of competitive sprinting experience and 6 years of coaching experience, ranging from cross country, sprinting events, state relay coaching and strength and conditioning. He has a passion for junior development in both sprinting events and fundamental movement skills and draws on his years of experience to provide a holistic approach to training.

ENDURANCE: Alex Dreyer (B.Sc Dietetics). As a qualified dietitian and coach Alex brings outstanding technical knowledge and expertise to the coaching role. In addition, his engaged and outgoing personality and experience as a collegiate athlete at Eastern Kentucky University in the USA as a scholarship distance runner gives him a perfect platform to assist junior runners towards their full potential and create a positive team environment in the process with assistance from senior coaches Ben Green and myself.
Junior Physio:
Marc See (B.Sc Physio) is one of only 7 West Australians to have broken the 4 minute mile. A 10* state champion in Track and Road events he brings over 6 years of private practice experience to our clinical classes. A specialist in running biomechanics and injury management, this session helps reduce risk and enhance performance at the same targeted session.
Cost:
  1. Group Training: We understand you are busy and sports change from season to season so offer a casual rate of $12 cash per group training session for casuals or $110 per 10 session pass  BUY NOW (create a log in to purchase your training pass).
  2. Training Membership- Junior Unlimited Training membership- $79/month BUY NOW
  3. Clinical Strength and Agility 6 on 1 classes: $125 for a 5 session block. Private health rebates may apply (purchase at Wembley Clinic)
