How do customer logins work?

  • Customers can log into PunchPass to purchase passes & memberships, reserve their spot in classes and manage their personal information.


What are some advantages to allowing customer logins?

  • Customers can see how many visits they have left on their current pass or membership as well as the expiration date
  • Customers can click through the Front Runner training schedule online to log in and make a reservation for their preferred training sessions.
  • Customers can see their upcoming reservations as well as their complete attendance and pass usage history.

Step-by-Step Instructions

For any Front Runners on a casual pass OR membership, you will need to follow the instructions below to reserve your spot at group training sessions. Runners currently on a personal training plan OR involved in a training course will NOT need to reserve their spot. We will have a trial period until the end of August, where you are encouraged to reserve your place at sessions. From September 2017 onwards, reservations are required to attend Front Runner group sessions.

To create a customer login and reserve your spot at an upcoming Front Runner training session, please go online HERE and follow the instructions below:

  1. If you don’t yet have a customer login, please create one (blue button on top right)
  2. If you already have a login, please sign in using the blue button 2nd from the right
  3. Once logged in, you can purchase a training pass or membership (see blue “Purchase a Pass” link at the top of the page)
  4. Once you have a pass or membership, you can reserve your spot at an upcoming training session by clicking on the training schedule (available as a “calendar” OR “list” via the blue buttons at the top of the page).
  5. When viewing the training schedule, simply click on the session you’d like to attend and once it loads, click the purple “Reserve My Spot in Class” button. This will NOT use your pass, simply let the coaching team know you plan to attend that session. Once you attend the session, the coach will click your reservation as attending to validate your pass or membership

Every time you login to your customer account, the home page will show you your active passes/memberships (including how many passes you have left OR when they expire) as well as the upcoming reservations you have.
