 Our “Spring Speed Course” is the ideal training environment for you to get faster and more confident over 5km this spring.

With good training structure and coaching support you should expect ongoing gains in performance. At Front Runner Sports, we are so confident that we can assist you to beat your best that we guarantee a 5km PB for those in our Spring Speed Course (*).

Session 2. Thursday 6.00am The Running Centre (TRC) Threshold

Session 3. Saturday 7.00am TRC Race Pace and Tempo 

City Afternoon Course (Lake Monger)

Session 1. Monday  5.30pm Lake Monger VO2 Max OR Tuesday  5.30pm WA Athletics Centre VO2 Max

Session 2. Thursday 5.30pm Lake Monger Threshold

Session 3. Saturday 7.00am TRC Race Pace and Tempo 

Ardross

Session 1. Tuesday  6.00am Deep Water Point Cafe VO2 Max

Session 2. Thursday 6.00am Tompkins Park Threshold

Session 3. Saturday 7.00am TRC Race Pace and Tempo
