Our Head of Sports Science, Zac Born is a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist with Honours. Zac specialises in developing targeted and personalised strength and conditioning programmes to improve your sports and overall athletic performance.

What does initial programme include:

  • 40min initial assessment of your goals, function, mobility and strength
  • Development of a personalised and periodised 6 week training plan
  • Follow up session to go through programme, demonstrate exercises and answer any questions you have
  • Free included email feedback through your programme


  • Initial 6 week block: $150
  • Subsequent 6 week blocks: $130
  • Personal training:
    • 30min sessions
      • $65 PAYG
      • $300 for block of 5
    • 45min sessions
      • $85 PAYG
      • $340 for block of 5
