Do you want a personalised Strength and Conditioning plan to help deliver enhanced athletic performance and reduction in injury risk?

Our programmes are provided by Head of Sports Science, Zac Born (Level 1 S&C, B.Eng, B.Sc, PhD candidate) and Mat Maiolo (B.Sc Sports Science). Both experts specialise in developing targeted and personalised strength and conditioning programmes to improve your sports and overall athletic performance.

What does initial programme include:

  • 40min initial assessment of your goals, function, mobility and strength
  • Development of a personalised and periodised 6 week training plan
  • Follow up session to go through programme, demonstrate exercises and answer any questions you have
  • Free included email feedback through your programme


  • Initial 4 week block: $150 (Initial Assessment and follow up plan and demonstration)
  • Subsequent 4-6 week blocks: $130 (Meeting and Plan)
  • Personal training:
    • 30min sessions
      • $65 PAYG
    • 45min sessions
      • $85 PAYG
