Do you want a personalised Strength and Conditioning plan for team or endurance sports to deliver performance benefits and results?

Our Head of Sports Science, Dylan Powell is a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Scientist and a consultant to both Athletics WA and UWA Swimming. He has also worked extensively in broader sporting environments, including with the Claremont Football Club.

You will get a fully personalised initial assessment, from which a personalised and periodised 6 week training plan will be developed to unlock another level of performance and achieve new levels of speed, power and strength

Cost is $150 per 6 week training block. Initial assessment with Dylan is 40min and is followed by a 20min follow up presenting your plan and demonstrating exercises at our Wembley Gym HQ.
