At Front Runner Sports, we offer beginner through to recreational runners a range of training courses throughout the year.

Our Training Courses began way back in 2007 and since then we have conducted over 30 training courses and assisted 1000’s of runners to achieve their personal goals. Whether you want to complete a target event, building up to a new distance or beat a personal best, our courses are the perfect environment to build confidence and fitness.

Targeting significant community events and “milestone distances” such as your first 5k; 10k or Half Marathon, these courses aim to assist you in meeting your personal goals, led by expert coaches and within the context of a fun and friendly training community. We also understand that flexibility is important, so add features such as course workbooks, weekly emails and social media groups to help you stay informed, motivated and up to date throughout the duration of our courses.
