Come join us for our 9th annual City to Surf training course – starting Monday 22nd June 2015!

Our “10 week City to Surf 12km Course” is a proven winner for runners looking to conquer their first City to Surf 12km or break a personal best time in this iconic event.

Commencing June 22nd, 2015 the tailored 10 week training course will be led by our expert coaches and take place within our fun and friendly running community of all ages and abilities.

Conducted at 4 convenient locations, Training Sessions for this group will be conducted up to 3* per week as follows:

City Centre AM Course     SIGN UP HERE

· Tuesday 6.15am-7.05am TRC. Long Intervals
· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am UWA Boastshed, Speed Intervals
· Saturday 7.00am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various Other. Long Run

· Monday 5.30pm-6.45pm Lake Monger – Dodd Street, Long Intervals
· Thursday 5.30pm-6.45pm Lake Monger – Dodd Street. Speed Intervals
· Saturday 7.00am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various Other. Long Run

· Tuesday 6.00am-7.00am Deep Water Point Cafe, Mt Pleasant. Long Intervals
· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am Tompkins Park (carpark west end of Dunkley Dve just off Canning Highway). Speed Intervals
· Saturday 7.00am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various Other. Long Run

· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am Trigg SLSC. Speed Intervals
· Saturday 6.30am-8.30am 7.00am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various Other. Long Run

Each course is strictly limited to a maximum 20 participants and will be first come, first served until spots are filled.

Course subscription is only $249 in GST per person, all inclusive of the following: –

  • 10 Week Training Program
  • 3 Coached Sessions every week
  • Personalised Pacing Targets for all sessions based on regular personal performance tracking
  • Course workbook and weekly updates
