Details:

  • 14 week programme commencing 13 March 2017
  • Fully personalised training plan by our team of accredited coaches (depending on your goal time) and delivered using online training platform Training Peaks.
    1. <3.00 hours Raf Baugh (coached 30 sub 3 hour marathoners; Level 2 AA Coach)
    2. <3.30 hours Ben Green (IAAF Level 4 Distance Coach)
    3. 3.30-4.00 hours Dr. Barbara Hosack (Ex.Physiologist, PhD Biomed; Level 1 Coach)
    4. 4.00 hours+ Andrea Bell (Level 2 Adv Recreational Coach; Women’s Running Development & Fitness Coach)
  • 2 x specific pace runs to increase your awareness of specific training preparation before Race Day
    • Perth 32km @ WAMC 7 May;
    • Front Runner 25km Pace Run 27 May or HBF Half Marathon 28 May
  • $40 per week with group training OR $32/week with no group training
