Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning), Level 2 ASCA

Emma joined the Front Runner team in a coaching role in 2020. She has since completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise, Sports and Rehabilitation Science, and further progressed her education & knowledge with a Masters of Exercise Science graduating in June 2021. Emma is an ASCA Level 2 Accredited coach and a Level 1 Athletics Coach. 

Emma really enjoys working with the youth population; building competency and confidence in the gym, improving strength and helping athletes work towards individual goals in various sports.

Emma has a keen interest in strength programming for injury prevention. Emma overseas strength and conditioning programs for Front Runner athletes of all levels, either online or face to face at Monday and Friday morning strength classes. 

Emma is a current athlete herself, competing in the 800m. Emma is a fantastic role model for our Front Runner Junior squad male and female athletes.
