If you are starting to run, joining our 8 week Women’s only run program is recommended as the best way to learn to run safely, increase your distance with ease in a happy, encouraging and friendly environment.
Perth’s most qualified and friendly running coaching team have extensive experience and satisfaction in helping non runners, or those who have had an extended break, get into running and get fitter, healthier and more confident. This course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by female coaches who understand how to start.
Best of all, it is FUN and takes place with a like-minded group, in a central location, at times that can fit around your busy lifestyle!
FRESH Running Group Includes:
- 3 training sessions per week for 8 weeks (2 coached sessions Mon & Wed 6am)
- 2 Training Goal Completion Options – you choose City to Surf 4k or 12k
- Weekly group email providing course updates, milestones and motivation
- Value Add: Weekly email including goal setting, motivation and peaking from our friends at The Skill Collective

Wednesday 6.00-7.00am, The Running Centre, West Perth
Saturday – Self directed session - Commences Monday, July 4th 2016.
- Only $195.00 and open to only 30 participants
- What to bring – water bottle, head lamp during winter months, towel.
FRESH Pilates Course Includes:
- 6 Wednesday morning Advanced Pilates Classes or
- 6 Friday morning beginner Pilates (2 classes)
- Location: TRC – 1273 Hay Street, West Perth
- Delivered by Qualified Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor Barbara Hosack.
- Education and information on strength and condition specific to female runners.

Wednesday 5.15am Advanced Pilates
Friday 5.45am – 6.25am Beginner Pilates or
Friday 6.30am – 7.10am Beginner Pilates - Commences Wednesday, 20th July 2016 or Friday 22nd July 2016
