Targeting both boys and girls looking for quality coaching and evidence based strategies to see improvements and improve confidence in speed; power and agility fundamentals with our Junior Sprints Consultant Zac Born (B.Sc, Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach).
- Max 6 per class
- 4 sessions with choice of two days and 4 classes
- Duration: 45 minutes
- 9-12 years (Speed, Agility Fundamentals)
- 11-14 years (Speed, Agility, Power Progressions)
- Meet at Front Runner HQ (2/182- 184 Harborne St, Wembley)
