Over the past NINE years, the Front Runner Coaching team have helped hundreds of runners finish their first half marathon, break a personal best or even win the event as was the case in 2013 with Chantal Killen!
This year, we have had a massive increase in demand for our 10 week Half Marathon Training Course and as such are offering 2 great options for those interested in training up for their first, or fastest half marathon on August 30th, 2015:
Option 1: Premium Personalised 12 week plan
This premium and individualised programme includes in-depth background Health and Fitness testing, one on one initial meeting with your coach, fully personalised 12 week training plan, suitable group training sessions from our extensive range of sessions and email contact with your coach throughout your build up. This option is limited to 12 subscribers and the cost for an all inclusive 12 week personal plan is $379 and is first come, first served until spots filled.

Option 2: 9th Annual 10 week Group Training Course.
Our group training community and event specific courses are proven winners with runners of all ages and abilities. Commencing June 22nd, our tailored 10 week training course includes expert coaching at up to 4 group sessions per week and will have you fit and firing for the Half Marathon Challenge. The courses take place at 4 great locations-

Course subscription is only $249 in GST per person, all inclusive of the following: –
