2015 Run for a Reason Training Courses


Can you believe that this is already the 6th annual HBF Run For A Reason?

The HBF Run for a Reason has quickly developed a huge following with an iconic course through central Perth.

This year, the tradition continues and we welcome you to join our team as you build fitness, form and confidence in the lead up to the 12km or Half Marathon challenge.

Perth’s leading coaching team at Front Runner Sports Training will make sure you get the perfect build up to the event. This course is equally suited to joggers looking to tackle the distance for the first time, or regular runners looking to take their speed to another level and notch a PB!

Separate training is provided for those taking on the 12km or inaugural HBF Half Marathon Challenge to ensure you can meet your race day goals no matter what your goal!


8 week Specific Training plan, including 3 coached sessions per week, commencing Monday, March 30th 2015.
