Movement-Based Physiotherapy

Movement-based Physiotherapy is designed to keep you moving optimally through a vast range of activities. Front Runner Osborne Park is located within the state of the art Movement Co facility, which is the perfect location to rehabilitate injuries, improve mobility and get strong.

Movement physiotherapy is ideal for anyone who is looking to enhance their rehabilitation program or improve performance. With its growing popularity, movement practice has been introduced into a variety of competitive sports including AFL, swimming, and golf.

Staff

  1. Imogen
    1. Imogen regularly trains at movement co and understands a range of movement drills to enhance rehab and performance.
    2. Imogen is an advanced pole dancer and supplements her training with strength, mobility and handstands under Harry Williams program (head coach at Movement Co).
    3. Imogen draws from her experience with her movement practice and dedicates her physio practice to rehabilitating movement related injuries from hand balancers, dancers, cross fitters and rock climbers.
  2. Steve
    1. Steve has integrated his movement practice experience into his physiotherapy practice over the last 15 years, incorporating a movement-based approach into rehabilitation and performance.
    2. Steve has experience in calisthenics/body weight training, Brazilian jujitsu, bouldering and hand balancing, and has been heavily influenced by his learnings and experiences from the likes of Ido Portal, Kelly Starrett, Erwan Le Corre and Gray Cook.
    3. Steve worked full time in the AFL with the West Coast Eagles for 8 years, during his time with the team he introduced movement practice into the injury prevention and rehabilitation programs at the club
