Physiotherapist Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University
Tom is an energetic new graduate, having completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2024. Looking to further his learning, Tom is aiming to complete his ASCA level 1 in early 2025, with the goal of completing his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in the future.
Tom has worked across a variety of team sports including football, basketball, rugby and soccer. He recently travelled with the Under 20’s WA State Basketball team to the National Championship Tournament in Victoria as the team’s Physiotherapist. Throughout his studies, Tom gained experience working as the head trainer for the West Perth WAFLW program and the Joondalup Giants Rugby Club.
Athletically, Tom was Captain of Athletics at Hale School in 2020 and has always had a passion for football, athletics and running, competing in numerous events from a young age.
Tom enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy, with special interests including lower limb injuries and rehabilitation. Recovering from knee surgery in 2023, Tom has developed a passion for end stage return to sport in athletes of all levels. He understands that every individual is unique and no two injuries are identical. As such, he provides a comprehensive assessment and treatment to all, in order to maximise patient outcomes.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Tom running, playing footy or spending time between the beach and the gym.
