Perth Marathon Training Plans

Are you looking to run your first OR fastest Marathon at this year’s 2026 Perth Marathon Festival on Sunday 11th October? 

Front Runner coaches will develop a 12 week training plan specifically to help you beat your best at the 2026 Perth Marathon. Whether your goal is sub 4hrs30min; Sub 4hrs; Sub 3.30 or even the magical sub 3hr, Front Runner are Australia’s most trusted recreational marathon coaches, with thousands of PB’s and over 175 sub 3hr marathon runners coached since 2008.

Commencing July, your 12 week program is only $350.00 and includes: –

  • Personalised programme designed for you by experienced coaches Frank Bowyer or Zander Mostert.
  • Initial 1 on 1 online or in person meeting with your Front Runner coach to connect and go through your goals, prescribe training zones and then establish your plan.
  • Your training will be delivered daily to your inbox via Training Peaks for upload to your smart watch and tracking progress.
  • Unlimited email support from your coach through the 12 weeks
  • Optional unlimited group training sessions to assist with consistency, education and motivation throughout the 12 weeks for only $100 supplement.

Course Pre-Requisites 

  • In order to undertake this 12wk marathon training programmes, we recommend runners can currently jog for 17-21km non stop.
