What does initial programme include:

  • 40min initial assessment of your goals, function, mobility and strength
  • Development of a personalised and periodised 6 week training plan
  • Follow up session to go through programme, demonstrate exercises and answer any questions you have
  • Free included email feedback through your programme

Costing (Private Health Rebates apply):

  • Initial 6 week block: $129 (500: Initial Assessment and follow up plan and demonstration)
  • Subsequent 6 week blocks: From $89 (505: Standard Consult)
  • Group Training
    • 3 on 1 60min Physiotherapy Exercise sessions (Rebates Apply):
      • From $65 PAYG or $275 for Block of 5
    • 6 on 1 60min Exercise sessions (NB No rebates apply):
      • From $27.50 PAYG or $125 for Block of 5
  • Physiotherapy Personal Exercise training:
    • 30min sessions
      • From $89 PAYG (505: Standard Consult)
