Do you want a personalised Strength and Conditioning plan to help deliver enhanced athletic performance and reduction in injury risk?

Our Physiotherapy team of Cameron; Marc and Abby assist you with targeted assessment and strength plans for your personal health, fitness and performance.

What does initial programme include:

  • 45 min initial assessment of your goals, function, mobility and strength
  • Development of a personalised and periodised 6 week training plan
  • Follow up session to go through programme, demonstrate exercises and answer any questions you have
  • Free included email feedback through your programme

Costing (Private Health Rebates apply):

  • Initial Session & Program (6 week block): $129
  • Subsequent 6 week blocks: From $89
  • Group Training
    • 3 on 1 60min Physiotherapy Exercise sessions (Rebates Apply):
      • From $65 PAYG or $275 for Block of 5
    • 6 on 1 60min Exercise sessions (NB No rebates apply):
      • From $27.50 PAYG or $125 for Block of 5
  • Physiotherapy Personal Exercise training:
    • 30min sessions
      • From $93 PAYG

About the Classes:

The classes are conducted by Physiotherapists and take place in a small group environment with a maximum of 6 participants per class.

This circuit is perfect for those rehabilitating from an injury, those looking to prevent injury and those looking for specific functional strength.

We do also offer 1 on 1 Strength Classes if you prefer. These can be booked as a standard physiotherapy consult with your preferred Physio at any time that suits you.

Group Class times (Wembley location): 

  • Monday
    • 6:00pm- 7:00pm with Imogen
  • Wednesday
    • 6.30am- 7.30am with Cameron 
    • 6:00-7:00pm with Imogen 
  • Thursday
    • 5:20pm-6:00pm with Emma 
  • Friday
    • 9:30-10:30am with Abby

Payment Options:

6 on 1 group Adult strength classes: 

  • Pay with a block of 5 (PAYG)- pay at clinic
    • 1 session $25.00
    • 5 session block $125:00 

What do I need to bring?

You should wear the same attire you would for a run. Bring a towel, water bottle and change of clothes is recommended
