  • 45 min initial assessment of your current goals, function, mobility and strength 
  • Immediately go into appropriate planning for you
    • 5 on 1 Supervised Group Classes 
    • 1 on 1 Personal Training 
    • Personal Strength & Conditioning Plan Memberships

      Group Training Strength Classes:

      We have classes conducted by both Strength & Conditioning Coaches & Physiotherapists which take place in a small group environment in either 3 on 1 or 5 on 1 classes.

      We have 20 classes each week, so you can find the perfect class to rehabilitate from an injury or chase your health, fitness and performance goals.

      What do I need to bring?

      You should wear the same attire you would for a run. Bring a towel, water bottle and change of clothes is recommended.
